Birthday Bird Cage

I did not realise my last post was a week ago, time certainly flies when you're busy. Today, I am showing another birthday card that went to a member of the Grand Cinema team in WA, USA. It was inspired by an article in a crafting magazine. I can't remember which one & honestly, I don't have the patience to look through the stack of magazines to find it, so if you know, perhaps you'd remind me.

The ingredients:
  • Shaped, 6x6 square card from Craftwork Cards
  • Kaisercraft patterned papers
  • TH Alterations bird & cage dies
  • Distress inks - Antique Linen, Stormy Sky, Vintage Photo
  • Sizzix Broadway Melody alphabet dies
  • Spellbinders Nestabilities circle die
  • Crown - Kanban stamp
  • Everything else - my stash
After layering up the papers on the front of the card I cut a hole in them, so that the greeting on the inside would be seen. Alittle bit of distressing here & there, added some embellishments & we're done.

Thanks for looking, until next time,

Love & light.
